The Calvary Bible Church Protest
Three women who, as girls, were forced into fundamentalist girls home, showed solidarity with a survivor of Hephzibah House, a girls home accused of abusive tactics. They protested at Calvary Bible Church (Lima, Ohio) over its financial support of Hephzibah House. Ron Williams, founder of Hephzibah House, was speaking that day.
It was the church’s 52nd anniversary.

NOTE OF CORRECTION: The video states the three women were former students of HH. Only one of them was, the other two were survivors. One was a parent of a child sent to the facilities. She entered the church and placed flyers in the hymnals to show church members what was going on at HH.
